This internet site (the “Site”) belongs in whole to Parachute Typefoundry (“Parachute”). The term “internet site” is used to denote all webpages, information, documents, software, services and any other material to be found at any time under the domain name (“Typeroom”). Typeroom is a non-commercial online platform showcasing outstanding typographic works.
This Agreement to Terms of Use of the Site is entered between You, the user of the Site, and Parachute, which grants You the right to use the Site. This Agreement grants You a non-exclusive, personal right to use the Site under the following terms and conditions. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE AND DECLARE THAT ALL THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS PERTAINING TO YOU ARE TRUE AND ACCURATE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, PARACHUTE DOES NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO USE OR ACCESS THIS SITE.
Right to enter the Agreement
Any use of the Site by You means that You are an adult and that You have the right to enter this Agreement. Typeroom shall not be held liable for use of its Site by persons not in compliance with the above.
Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its content is the property of Typeroom, unless otherwise stated. The Site is made available to You only for your personal use; You also agree, on entering this site, not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from the site content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You are also expressly prohibited from misleading or causing to mislead third parties with regard to the Site’s lawful owner, or from using this Site or its contents for any commercial or non-commercial purposes unless you have acquired the prior written consent of Typeroom.
Site operation
Typeroom may at any time and without warning modify or cancel the Site, in part or in whole, without any indemnity being due to You for such reason.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The content of, including the information, names, images, pictures, videos, logos and icons regarding or relating to its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided “AS IS” without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
You agree to indemnify and hold Typeroom and its officers, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against Typeroom by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Site.
The information you send about yourself or your company (i.e. name, address, etc.) is processed by Typeroom according the provisions of the Greek Data Protection Act, and You may exercise the rights afforded to you under such Act according to the provisions set therein. Typeroom will only use such information in the course of its business activities, and will not intentionally distribute or sell that information to anyone without your permission to do so. By using this Site, You consent to Typeroom's collection and use of the information you transmit to it. You understand that information transmitted over public networks may be accessed by third parties and Typeroom will not be liable for any such unauthorized disclosure. Further, You understand that Typeroom may use third-party service providers to administer Web servers and to store such information on back-up disks, and that a service provider may without Typeroom's knowledge permit an unauthorized third party to do so on its behalf. In the event that you have any objections as to Your personal information being processed by Typeroom, you should contact Typeroom in writing immediately, at its provided “Contact” information in the Site.
Any form of feedback, such as, questions, comments or suggestions made by You regarding the content of this Site will not be considered confidential. You agree that Typeroom will have all rights to reproduce, publish, disclose, distribute and otherwise use any such response for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products based upon any such responses without any indemnity or right being due or granted to You on these grounds.

When submitting any contribution to you agree to grant Typeroom the right to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate create derivative works from, distribute, preform, play, make available to the public and/or incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed. You warrant that your contribution is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available for purposes specified above and does not infringe on any law. You agree to indemnify Typeroom against all legal fees, damages, and other expenses that may be incurred by Typeroom as a result of your breach of the above warranty. 

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Parachute with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written and oral agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement. No waiver or modification of this Agreement will be binding upon either party unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of such party and no failure or delay in enforcing any right will be deemed a waiver.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain effective and enforceable to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, You may not sell, assign or delegate any rights or obligations under this Agreement. Any attempted assignment in violation of this Agreement shall be void and without effect.
Governing Law - Jurisdiction - Dispute Resolution
You agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of this Site, including all disputes relating to its content, products and services, shall be governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions, the application of which is expressly excluded. You also agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the Court of Law of the city of Athens, Greece, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
Typeroom reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time, as well as edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your use of the Site will be subject to the most recent version of these terms of use at the time of such use.
